Through industry academia collaboration with Kyungsung University, Kukje Environmental Technology has been devoted to developing technologies
that sustainably convert livestock manure and organic waste into valuable resources. The resulting self-heating, aerobic Bacillus liquid-fertilizer process (A2B)
is an advanced system and the first in Korea to obtain Green Technology certification. By harnessing the exothermic properties of organic matter and integrating self-heating
aerobic fermentation with immobilized Bacillus technology, the A2B process delivers high-quality liquid fertilizer, strong odor removal, pathogen removal, and nitrogen retention.
It also enables stable operation without re-inoculation, and with an on-farm circular design contributes to improved livestock environments and truly sustainable agriculture.

  • Strong capability of offensive odor treatment

    Preventing civil complaints

  • Excellent ability to conserve nitrogen

    Producing high quality liquid fertilizer

  • Advanced sludge
    seeding technology

    No additional inoculation needed

  • Optimized
    plant

Ensuring convenient operation management and economical construction costs

  • Superior anti
    bacterial ability

    Eliminating coliform bacteria and
    other pathogenic viruses

  • Superb vitality, enabling Bacillus sp.

Used for the latest construction method to
    survive even in poor condition

  • Circulatory design
    of a farm

    Improving farm envrionments by using
circulation structure for treated water within the farm
